Archane Conundrum+Migrain tell me if this would work
i was looking at the skills of mesmer adn i was wondering if this would work
Arcane conundrum makes your skills cast twice as long
then after
Migrain makes foe cast skills 100%longer
so would they stack and result in
skill to cast 3X as long?

Try it out... I really don't know, I would think they wouldn't stack and just do seperate and add together.

migraine and powerblock are both elites. Two elites cannot coexist on the same skillbar as one becomes cannabalistic and eats the other.

They stack. Each spell cast is then 4x as long.

I'd heard it only causes x2.5 casting times. I'd like to test casting speed maxxes sometime.
Arcane Conundrum+Migraine on you, Nature's Renewal on the field, and Holy Veil on the target, how long would it take you to cast a 1 second hex on your target?

It has been tested and they both stack. Migraine applies x2 and then Arcane conundrum applies x2 to create x4 casting length. They also tested concussion shot and migraine (x3 for dazed and x2 for migraine) and found the maximum casting penalty x4.

Some friends and I were testing and a 3-second spell under Mig+AC turned into a 12-second spell. We couldn't make it longer than that (NR, Concussion, etc.). This was about a month ago or so in case there's something different now.

There are posts going both ways on max casting times in this thread. I don't doubt you, but can someone confirm that this has changed at some point?
4x casting speed debuff makes arcane and migraine worth testing. Would be fun to hear the crying after you power leak someone's RoF.
Edit - I do intend to test it myself, just curious whether it is a bug or design change.

I didn't have any guildmates log in while I was on tonight so keep in mind testing was in random arena. Migraine and A.C. did not appear to cause 4x casting.
I can't say exactly what it was, but I hit 1sec spells no problem and the 1/4 casts were not near 1 sec. I can get a reversal, but usually only on someone spamming predictably. Also, 1 sec spells were not 4 secs, somewhere between 2 and 3 would be my guess. Overall, I found A.C. to be redundant and not much help.
Migraine alone was fine. In fact, with migraine, and mantra of persistence it was easy to keep two casters both on double cast, but I wander.
So the results for unscientific anecdotal testing are ... something less than 4x casting time.
